The Oregon Citizen Initiative Review (Oregon CIR) is a Citizens' Initiative Review designed to allow citizens of the U.S. state of Oregon to evaluate statewide ballot initiatives.

The experimenter - Benjamin Olken - examined this question in the context of decisions about infrastructure investments in Indonesian villages.
