"CommonGround: The First Five Years: A Dialogue on Early Childhood in New Mexico","richards1000","CommonGround: The First Five Years: A Dialogue on Early Childhood in New Mexico, was a project organized by Viewpoint Learning to hold public deliberations -- on the topic of early childhood development and education -- among leaders and citizens of the U.S. state of New Mexico. The deliberations were intended to demonstrate a new mode of policy communication between citizens and civic leaders, and to create guidelines that could inform changes to early childhood development and education policy in New Mexico, changes intended to foster improved social outcomes for New Mexico's children. The deliberations used the methods of Strategic Dialogue, Choice-Dialogue, and Stakeholder Dialogue. The project was funded by the W.K.
