    Mark E. Warren teaches political theory at the University of British Columbia, where he holds the Harold and Dorrie Merilees Chair for the Study of Democracy. He is especially interested in the relationship between new forms of citizen participation and democratic representation, deliberative democracy, civil society and democracy, and political corruption.
