Patricia Blankson Akakpo is the Programme Manager of the Network for Women's Rights in Ghana (NETRIGHT) - a women's rights and economic justice advocacy network. Patricia holds a BA in Political Science with Philosphy (Hons); MA in Development Studies (Specialisation in Human Resources and Employment (HRE) and Gender Studies and a diploma in Development Leadership. She is currently, the CSO Partnership for Development (CPDE) Feminist Group Africa Coordinator and a past CPDE Co-Chair. Patricia is a gender and development expert and has over 20 years experience. Her research and advocacy interest include women's livelihood issues; land tenure security, extractives and sustainable development. She is a member of the Coalition on the Women's Manifesto for Ghana, Women's Working Group on Financing for Development (WWG on FfD) and the Women's Major Group. Ms Akakpo is a Coady graduate.
