Leefbaarheidsbudget’ is a budget provided by the municipality of Utrecht for each of its ten districts. Translated literally, it means ‘livability- budget’. Within the municipality every district has a fixed budget reserved for improvement of livability, were ‘livability’ is defined as ‘the quality of the residential and living environment’.
