A citizens' assembly was held to consider how industrial laundries can reduce emmissions and pollution, and also contribute to employment in the community.

Problems and Purpose

The local government was considering how to ensure the benefit of industrial laundries for employment is met with care for the environment through finding ways to reduce pollution from them.
