The Methodological Process for the Elaboration of the Agenda for the Social Development of San Pedro Garza García

For the elaboration of the Agenda for the Social Development of San Pedro Garza García, three basic principles were established:

1. Incorporate broad citizen participation.
2. Promote an active and coordinated participation of the different dependencies of the Municipal Executive in its construction.
3. Establish an alignment of the Agenda with the Municipal Development Plan and with the various programs and public policies carried out by the Municipal Government in matters of social development.
