Methods and Tools Used
What Went On: Process, Interaction, and Participation
The course of the panel includes two basic parts: educational and deliberative. During educational meetings, panelists and panellists explore the topic of the panel and its individual thematic threads. This is when it is time for experts and parties to speak, and for question and answer sessions. It is also the part of the process that is generally available to all interested parties, in the form of broadcasts, recordings or information materials.
The educational part is followed by a series of deliberative meetings.
Influence, Outcomes, and Effects
The whole thing ends with a vote. Recommendations, which will be supported by at least 80 percent of panellists and panellists, will be indicated for implementation and submitted to the Poznań City Council by the Mayor of the City.
