I was born in Quito Ecuador in 1963. I have developed a career in adult education and nutritional sciences. I earned a Ph.D. in Lifelong Learning, Besides, my education contemplated a Bachelor in Education, a Master's degree in Nutrition, a Master's degree in E-learning and a Master's degree in information and knowledge society.

I work as a Program Coordinator for Parent-Child Mother Goose Program in Toronto, Canada. I worked as the Academic Director in Associated Researchers Consulting Co. I served as a consultant for UN Agencies in Ecuador. I am a community-based researcher and developed cultural appropriate educational materials.
