Claudia Fernandez de Cordoba Farini is the founder of Living Imaginaries, a social enterprise that combines bold imagination with grounded pathways for structural change. Her work focuses on participatory governance and institutional transformation across biodiversity, food systems, health, and justice, understood as interconnected expressions of deeper political and economic systems.

Through Living Imaginaries, Claudia works with communities, cultural institutions, governments, and international organisations to design participatory processes that surface underlying assumptions and prototype alternative ways of governing. Her approach bridges research, policy, co-design, and future-thinking, with an emphasis on care, equity, and more-than-human interdependence.
