Problems and Purpose

"The drafting of laws, regulations and public statutes is today a generally opaque process for the public. The texts are not easily accessible before their final version, except in cases of probe balloons (eg" gag "law) or leaks. (eg TTIP by Wikileaks). And even in such cases, it is very difficult both to collect massive evaluations and to generate debate in a public and open way about the texts, in a transparent and constructive way. The collaborative writing project for citizen participation seeks to provide a tool online that solves this problem. The tool will facilitate collaborative document writing while presenting an innovative way to convert the ratings of hundreds of participants into a heat map that allows you to use this collective intelligence to quickly evaluate the most attractive parts of the document or controversial. With this, we will achieve a real-time participation system that democratizes the drafting of documents of public interest. "[1]
