Problems and Purpose
By fostering the development of a circular economy between rural producers and city-center consumers, the Ligue os Pontos program aims to:
- Support sustainable urban agriculture production for a healthier food system in São Paulo, in order to
- Limit the city’s unplanned and massive urban sprawl, and
- Guarantee food and water security[1]
