The Municipality of Rivalta di Torino, led by the Mauro Marinari Council - Rivalta Sostenibile Civic List - launched a cycle of participatory budgeting from 2013 to 2016. In the first year only on a fraction, then it extended the model to all 4 fractions of the municipal area.
