December 28, 2016 Kevin Um

Mission and Purpose

The Civic Alliance was a coalition of more than 75 local civic, business, environmental and cultural organizations committed to ensuring the public had a strong voice in developing the strategies for the redevelopment of Lower Manhattan. Its goal was to provide a forum for ideas and consensus building to help government agencies create the best possible plan for redevelopment of the areas destroyed in the attack on the World Trade Center in September 2001.
