I'm a co-founder of Changing The Game: Power Politics and Participation. My work is to empower leaders, campaigns, projects, narratives and movements to achieve the collective impact necessary to transform the broken systems underlying the dysfunctional dynamics of power, politics and participation in the US. 

My current focus is how to effectively transform our broken social-political systems and restore the health of our Democratic Republic's institutions. I'm helping The Democracy Movement (of many movements bridge, unite, reform and unrig) become something that 20+million people can belong to and that will last for 20+ years.

My current focus is twofold: ListenFirst / National Conservation Projects, and the Democracy Movement Slack Forum.. My recent past experience includes; Sustainability Movement (The Natural Step, Coffee, Fisheries), Transpartisan Alliance, Living Room Conversations (process designer and pilot project lead), Coffee Party Movement 2.0, and InterOccupy.net (intra-movement communication infrastructure).
