Mission and purpose
The Department and the agriculture service of the Autonomous Province of Trento deal with agricultural policies, long-term programs, regulations, provisions, financing, production regulations, territorial brands, community aid.
These policies, especially the strategic ones. and multiannual, are increasingly addressed with preliminary consultative or participatory paths, also on stimulus or real prescriptions coming from the European Union.
Origins and development
The Autonomous Province of Trento, it was established in 1923 like all the Italian provinces but has a special statute and greater autonomy since 1972 and even more so since 2009.
