What Went On: Process, Interaction, and Participation

The platform allows citizens to publish reports, alerts, problems or citizen projects. In the same way it allows users to participate in an interactive way in each of the problems that arise through the online citizen network. The information is geo-referenced, organized, classified and centralized so that different entities can use citizen feedback and make a better public management.

Influence, Outcomes, and Effects

Active Citizens won two categories of the ''ExcelGel - Excellence in Government Online'' awards granted in Colombia by the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications in November 2013.
