Babongile is a highly motivated Political Studies Masters candidate at UWC and is currently working as a Research Assistant at PUG. She is an innovative and creative problem solver with a passion for learning and helping others. Babongile's research interests include democratic accountability, ICT, public participation, and public service delivery. Babongile is passionate about using her skills to make a difference in the world and is currently researching ways that different types of technology can improve public service delivery in South Africa.
